All orders must be paid within 48 hours. An unpaid item case will be opened after 48 hours for anything unpaid.

The Free postage offered on this listing is Royal Mail 2ndclass post. A recorded and Special delivery option is also available, but this is a chargeable add on.

Where possible we will take items out of boxes to reduce the shipping size, this enables us to offer the item at a much cheaper price to you as shipping costs to us are greatly reduced, we will of course include all packaging in with the order so this can be re-boxed if you so wish.

We will not refund overpaid postage as we are charged an fees and paypal fees on the total amount you pay which is not refunded if we refund you.So please select the correct postage rate when you checkout.

If you buy in multiple transactions your postage costs will bediscounted automatically. We post all items out within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

All eBay delivery dates are ‘ESTIMATES’ they are not actual or guaranteed delivery dates.

To avoid disappointment and to ensure buyers receive their items in good time, we advise all buyers allow the following number of days for delivery:

2ndclass post – please allow up to 6 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for 1stclass post.

Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DONT always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirmthe name and address on the orderbefore sending out replacementsor issuing a refund. We will check the sortingoffice ourselves wherever possible, if yourparcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.

Returns of used Cosmetic items are not permitted due to hygiene reasons; if you are unsure about the item you are bidding on or have any queries please use the "Ask Seller a Question" service before placing your bid. However, the14 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing, incorrectly sent or for change of mind.

**Important** If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email us within 7 days of the receipt with your concerns to arrange the items return. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Wherever possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a full refund will be raised once the item is received and the condition verified. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any items lost/damaged during transit by couriers including Royal Mail, however we would be happy to assist you in the event of any claim. We always get proof of delivery. To keep our prices so low we are not able to offer postage costs for any returned items. We believe this to be a fair compromise.
