Illustrated throughout with over four hundred and fifty figures including black and white photographs.
A detailed account of recent archaeological studies from the Acropolis of Athens Museum discovered by the explorer Mr. Hans Schrader and restored by sculptor Kaloudis.
Written by Salomon Reinach, a French archaeologist and historian considered a major figure in the Franco-Jewish establishment in the late nineteenth century.
CONDITION
In the original half crushed morocco binding with red cloth boards. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
